I just wanted to pass on my very special thanks to everyone at Calcot Kitchens who provided the meal and service for my wedding at the Kingscote Barn. Every single one of my guests commented about the meal – the roast fillet of beef and roast veg were superb – exactly how Martin and I wanted it. The fact that the whole day went without a single hitch is a testament to the brilliant organisational skills of everyone there and we both had a wonderful day that we will never forget.
Thank you once again for making it such a perfect day.

I am very sorry to have taken so long to tell you how amazingly well you and your team performed at this year’s ball and to thank you very much indeed.
The whole operation went like clockwork and was wholly stress free. The bar worked brilliantly again and as for the food…..well we are used to being told how wonderful it is and how amazing that you can do it all for so many people in a tent in a field to such a very high standard but this year people were really blown away. One envious chap from the VWH told our masters you wouldn’t eat better in a top London restaurant.
So everyone was really pleased.
You did a FANTASTIC job.

Food aside (which was amazing….we have had more comments about the food than anything else!) you were all superb. Every single member of staff was so professional, polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and you really did take all the pressure off us and my parents.
Louise in particular deserves a medal for her professionalism, organisation and most of all her consideration. I don’t know what we would have done without her!
The day was absolutely perfect, exactly as I had imagined it. It ran like clockwork and it was all down to your team.
I shall be singing the praises of Calcot Kitchens to everyone I meet, and for my friends who are planning weddings, I will practically force them to use you! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone, and if any of your prospective clients need further reassurance I would be only to happy for you to give them my number as a reference.
